Responsibilities
- Analyze macro-trends in AI, biotechnology, climate tech, and digital transformation to identify disruptive opportunities for 2026
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for C-suite executives to navigate future market shifts
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing products and services
- Establish foresight methodologies and horizon scanning processes across the organization
- Present strategic recommendations to investors and board members with compelling data visualizations
- Collaborate with R&D teams to integrate future trends into product roadmaps
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or equivalent field
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurism with Fortune 500 experience
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercialized innovations
- Advanced proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and qualitative research
- Exceptional executive communication skills with experience presenting to C-suite audiences
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation (white papers, journals, conferences)
