- Produce trend reports and scenario-planning models for global markets
- Champion design thinking workshops to cultivate organizational futurist mindset
- Establish KPIs for innovation maturity and future-readiness
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight or innovation leadership roles
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of AI, biotech, and climate tech trajectories
- Exceptional storytelling skills for communicating complex futures
- Certification in Foresight or Innovation preferred
