Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, design, and business teams
- Produce annual 'Future State' reports for executive board and investor stakeholders
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Mentor junior futurists in predictive modeling and trend analysis methodologies
- Design and execute horizon-scanning initiatives using proprietary data platforms
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or corporate R&D leadership
- Proven track record developing 5+ year strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in systems thinking, scenario planning, and trend analysis frameworks
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Proficiency with AI-driven trend forecasting tools and data visualization platforms
- Published research or speaking engagements at global innovation conferences
- Experience scaling innovation programs across multinational organizations
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (quantum, synthetic biology, AGI)
