Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies and societal trends impacting 2026+ markets
- Develop strategic roadmaps integrating AI, quantum computing, and biotech innovations
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align future-focused initiatives with business objectives
- Produce white papers and thought leadership on emerging industry paradigms
- Manage cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and marketing teams
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Present strategic foresight findings to investors and board members
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or technology forecasting
- Proven track record of developing future-ready business models
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive presentation experience
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation journals
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or equivalent program
