- Analyze global megatrends, technological disruptions, and societal shifts to map future scenarios for 2026+
- Develop strategic innovation roadmaps integrating AI, biotech, and sustainable tech ecosystems
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and scale breakthrough solutions
- Partner with C-suite executives to embed foresight into corporate strategy
- Deliver keynote insights at industry conferences and publish thought leadership
- Build and manage an ecosystem of innovators, startups, and research institutions
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused R&D
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Proven track record of launching disruptive products or services
- Expertise in emerging technologies: quantum computing, AGI, climate tech
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario planning capabilities
- Strong presentation skills with executive audience experience
- Certification in futures methodologies (e.g., Horizon Scanning, Delphi)
