- Establish KPI frameworks for measuring innovation ROI and market disruption
- Manage $2M+ annual innovation portfolio with venture-backed startups
- Present strategic insights at industry conferences and publish thought leadership
- Mentor junior futurists and build cross-departmental innovation coalitions
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy, R&D, or futurist consulting with Fortune 500 experience
- Expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, climate tech)
- Proven track record of launching market-disrupting products/services
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or MBA
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (Horizon Scanning, Delphi, STEEPLE)
- Exceptional data storytelling and executive presentation skills
- Published author or keynote speaker at global innovation forums
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ future-strategy implementations
