Responsibilities

- Develop multi-year innovation roadmaps aligned with 2026 market projections and organizational goals
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate disruptive solutions in emerging domains
- Translate complex futures research into actionable business strategies and product roadmaps
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry pioneers
- Present compelling futures narratives to C-suite executives and board members
- Curate and manage an innovation ecosystem including incubators, accelerators, and R&D initiatives
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 12+ years of experience in innovation strategy, R&D leadership, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful innovation frameworks
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, Web3)
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario planning capabilities
- Published thought leadership in futures or innovation domains
- Experience advising Fortune 500 companies on transformational strategy
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
