Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends and technological disruptions to inform long-term strategic planning
- Develop scenario-based models for 2026 market landscapes and competitive threats
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Present strategic foresight insights to stakeholders via compelling narratives and visualizations
- Build and maintain a network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Curate an internal 'Future Intelligence Hub' for organizational learning
- Champion experimental initiatives with 5-10 year horizons
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or related field
- 7+ years in innovation consulting, strategic foresight, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-focused strategies
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of emerging tech: AI, quantum computing, biotech, or Web3
- Exceptional storytelling skills with experience presenting to executive audiences
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., CFTR) preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ future-strategy implementations
