- Produce high-impact future intelligence reports for executive stakeholders and board members
- Architect strategic partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and global innovation ecosystems
- Facilitate design-thinking workshops to translate foresight into actionable business opportunities
- Champion emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their market implications
- Establish KPIs to measure innovation maturity and future-readiness across organizational units
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused R&D leadership
- Proven track record of developing and implementing multi-year innovation roadmaps
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex futures into compelling narratives
