Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026+ technology foresight frameworks using AI-driven trend analysis
- Lead scenario planning workshops for C-suite executives on disruptive market shifts
- Architect innovation pipelines integrating quantum computing, biotech, and neurotech
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype next-gen human-machine interfaces
- Produce annual Future State reports for investor and stakeholder communications
- Establish global think tank partnerships for collaborative horizon scanning
- Mentor junior strategists in futures literacy methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy/innovation with demonstrated futures planning experience
- Expertise in emerging tech: quantum, AGI, synthetic biology, or neurotech
- Published thought leadership on disruptive technology adoption curves
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent
- Proficiency in foresight tools (Horizon Scanning, Delphi Method, Causal Layered Analysis)
- Experience scaling innovation in Fortune 500 or high-growth startups
- Portfolio showcasing 3+ successful future-strategy implementations
