Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years of experience in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of publishing future-focused research or industry forecasts
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and technology assessment
- Deep understanding of AI, biotech, quantum computing, and climate tech trajectories
- Exceptional communication skills translating complex concepts to executive audiences
- Certification in Foresight Methodology (e.g., from Association of Professional Futurists)
