Responsibilities
- Analyze global tech, economic, and social trends to forecast disruptive innovations through 2030
- Develop strategic roadmaps for integrating emerging technologies into enterprise ecosystems
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into actionable product roadmaps
- Present trend insights to executive stakeholders and board members with compelling data narratives
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs to pioneer next-gen solutions
- Author thought leadership publications on future-focused business strategies
- Mentor innovation teams in applying foresight methodologies to R&D processes
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging technology planning
- Proven track record of implementing trend-based initiatives in Fortune 500 environments
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and technology impact assessment
- Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and trend analysis software
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Published thought leadership in futurism, innovation, or tech strategy publications
- Experience with AI ethics frameworks and responsible innovation principles
