Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts impacting 2026 landscapes
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for quantum computing integration and AI ethics
- Architect human-centered innovation roadmaps for biotech convergence and climate adaptation
- Facilitate executive workshops on exponential technologies and their market implications
- Produce annual Future State reports with predictive analytics and strategic recommendations
- Partner with R&D to prototype next-gen solutions in our innovation incubators
- Establish thought leadership through whitepapers and industry conference keynotes
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused technology roles
- Expertise in exponential technologies (quantum, AI, biotech) and their societal impacts
- Proven track record developing scenario planning frameworks for C-suite audiences
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Strong data visualization skills with tools like Tableau or Power BI
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., from APF or WFS)
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through complex transformation initiatives
- Portfolio demonstrating future-focused projects with measurable outcomes
