As a key member of our executive team, you'll collaborate with Nobel laureates, Silicon Valley pioneers, and government futurists to identify paradigm-shifting technologies. You'll lead cross-functional initiatives in quantum computing, biotechnology convergence, and sustainable innovation ecosystems, ensuring our organization remains the undisputed leader in next-generation solutions.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 5-year technology roadmaps for AI, quantum, and biotech convergence
- Lead scenario planning workshops with C-suite executives and board members
- Establish innovation incubators for emerging technologies with $50M+ budgets
- Partner with MIT Media Lab and Stanford HAI on cutting-edge research initiatives
- Design patent portfolios for breakthrough technologies with 200+ filings annually
- Drive ESG innovation strategies aligning with UN Sustainable Development Goals
- Mentor next-generation futurists through our Innovation Academy program
Qualifications
- PhD in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related technical field
- 10+ years in strategic foresight with Fortune 100/500 experience
- Published author in peer-reviewed futures journals (e.g., Futures Research Quarterly)
- Expertise in horizon scanning, Delphi methodology, and technology impact assessment
- Proven track record of scaling innovation initiatives to $100M+ revenue
- Deep knowledge of quantum computing, synthetic biology, and AI ethics frameworks
- Executive presence with experience presenting to global boards and regulatory bodies
