Responsibilities

- Develop strategic innovation roadmaps integrating quantum computing, AI, and biotech convergence
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype and validate next-generation solutions
- Build cross-functional innovation ecosystems with academic institutions and industry pioneers
- Translate technological forecasts into commercialization strategies with measurable ROI
- Present innovation frameworks to C-suite executives and venture capital partners
- Anticipate ethical implications of emerging technologies and develop responsible innovation frameworks
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Systems Engineering, or equivalent with 7+ years in strategic innovation
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies (quantum/AI/biotech preferred)
- Expertise in technology forecasting methodologies (e.g., Delphi, scenario planning)
- Deep understanding of 2026-era technological convergence trends
