You'll shape our corporate foresight framework while mentoring a team of future-ready innovators through quarterly horizon-scanning workshops and trend symposiums.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 innovation roadmaps using horizon-scanning methodologies
- Lead cross-functional think tanks on exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum)
- Translate foresight insights into actionable business strategies for C-suite
- Curate quarterly trend symposiums with industry futurists and academic pioneers
- Design and deploy corporate foresight frameworks across 12 global divisions
- Mentor innovation teams in speculative design and scenario planning techniques
- Author annual 'State of Future' reports for investor and stakeholder audiences
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in corporate innovation or futurism strategy roles
- Proven track record in translating exponential tech trends into revenue streams
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis frameworks
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies: quantum, AGI, synthetic biology
- Experience leading cross-functional teams across global markets
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation journals
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Delphi, STEEP analysis, causal layered analysis)
