Responsibilities
- Develop 3-5 year strategic foresight frameworks focused on 2026 technology and market horizons
- Lead scenario planning workshops for executive teams on AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Produce quarterly trend briefings on regulatory, geopolitical, and ethical implications of emerging tech
- Design innovation roadmaps integrating Web3, metaverse, and sustainable tech adoption
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-forward solutions for enterprise clients
- Establish KPIs for innovation maturity and track progress against 2026 milestones
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategy consulting, R&D, or futurist roles with Fortune 500 experience
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies: generative AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology
- Proven track record of translating foresight into actionable business strategies
- Published thought leadership in tech futurism (whitepapers, patents, or TEDx talks)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or relevant field
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFAP) preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating scenario planning and trend analysis projects
