Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon-scanning research to identify emerging tech trends and disruptive opportunities for 2026+
- Develop strategic roadmaps integrating AI, biotech, and quantum computing into enterprise ecosystems
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and engineering teams
- Present future scenarios to C-suite executives and board stakeholders
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Author white papers and thought leadership on future-proof business models
- Champion ethical innovation frameworks for emerging technologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI ethics, biotech commercialization, quantum applications
- Exceptional data storytelling and scenario-planning capabilities
- Experience with horizon scanning methodologies (e.g., Delphi, STEEP analysis)
- Portfolio of published future outlooks or innovation frameworks
- Global mindset with cross-cultural collaboration experience
