Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI, quantum computing, climate tech) to forecast 2026 market disruptions
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for C-suite executives across Fortune 500 clients
- Lead design sprints for next-gen products using human-centered futurism methodologies
- Author thought leadership reports published in MIT Technology Review and similar platforms
- Collaborate with venture capital partners to identify emerging startup investments
- Build strategic roadmaps for 10-year technology adoption curves
- Mentor junior futurists using our proprietary FutureSight™ methodology
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in corporate innovation, consulting, or R&D with 2026-focused projects
- Proven track record of published trend analysis or scenario planning frameworks
- Expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (e.g., synthetic biology, neuromorphic computing)
- Experience with foresight tools: Horizon Scanning, Delphi Method, STEEP analysis
- Exceptional storytelling skills with 50+ executive presentations delivered
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from University of Houston or Finland Futures Research Centre)
