Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends, technological disruptions, and socio-economic shifts to forecast opportunities and risks for 2026-2030
- Develop innovation roadmaps and strategic frameworks for integrating emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype future-focused solutions and validate market readiness
- Lead scenario planning workshops for executive stakeholders on long-term business adaptation
- Establish partnerships with research institutions and innovation labs to scout breakthrough technologies
- Author thought leadership publications on future-of-work paradigms and industry transformation
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years experience in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology trend analysis
- Proven track record of translating future insights into commercial innovation strategies
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, synthetic biology) and their societal impacts
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario modeling capabilities
- Strong presentation skills with executive-level stakeholders and global audiences
- Published author or speaker at future-focused conferences (e.g., Singularity University, Davos)
