Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies, market shifts, and societal trends through 2030
- Develop and maintain a strategic innovation roadmap aligned with 2026+ business objectives
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future insights into product development and operational strategies
- Present future scenarios and strategic recommendations to executive leadership and investors
- Build and nurture a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Quantify future opportunities through market modeling and competitive analysis frameworks
- Drive organizational culture shifts toward adaptive innovation and future-readiness
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, Technology Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or corporate R&D leadership
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, Web3)
- Proven track record of developing and executing multi-year innovation roadmaps
- Exceptional storytelling skills to communicate complex future scenarios to diverse stakeholders
