Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 3-5 year innovation roadmaps aligned with 2026 technological inflection points
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive opportunities across AI, quantum computing, and neurotech
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis to anticipate market shifts and competitive threats
- Design scenario-planning frameworks for exponential technology adoption curves
- Partner with product teams to translate foresight into minimum viable prototypes
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and investor communities
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and academic researchers
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategic innovation, technology consulting, or futures research
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial products or services
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, synthetic biology, etc.)
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario modeling capabilities
- Experience with horizon scanning methodologies and trend analysis tools
- Strong executive presence with demonstrated ability to influence C-level leadership
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field preferred
- Published thought leadership in technology or innovation publications
