Responsibilities
- Analyze horizon-scanning data (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI ethics) to identify disruptive opportunities for 2026-2030
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for technology adoption and market disruption
- Lead cross-functional workshops synthesizing technical, social, and economic trend analysis
- Produce executive foresight reports with actionable recommendations for R&D investment
- Partner with venture capital arm to identify emerging startups and technologies for acquisition
- Design organizational resilience models for technology transition and workforce evolution
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years experience in innovation strategy or technology forecasting at Fortune 500 level

- Proficiency in scenario planning tools (e.g., STEEP, Delphi method) and trend analysis platforms
