- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate and prototype future-facing solutions
- Collaborate with product teams to integrate foresight into development lifecycles
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and external partners
- Monitor patent landscapes and academic research to identify breakthrough opportunities
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Technology Strategy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in innovation strategy, R&D, or technology foresight roles
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing, AR/VR)
- Proven track record of translating foresight into actionable business strategies
- Exceptional analytical and systems thinking skills
- Strong presentation and stakeholder management capabilities
- Published research or speaking engagements at industry conferences
