Responsibilities
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts impacting 2026+ landscapes
- Develop strategic innovation roadmaps with measurable KPIs for Fortune 500 clients
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops using design thinking and scenario planning methodologies
- Author forward-looking trend reports and market disruption analyses for executive stakeholders
- Manage pilot programs for emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech integration)
- Build and maintain an ecosystem of industry disruptors and academic partners
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategy consulting, corporate innovation, or futurist research
- Proven expertise in emerging technology adoption cycles and market forecasting
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field
- Strong portfolio demonstrating successful strategic foresight implementations
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, quantum computing)
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
