Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends, societal shifts, and market disruptions to develop 5-year innovation roadmaps
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and scaling breakthrough solutions for 2026 market readiness
- Develop foresight frameworks using scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders with data-backed impact projections
- Build partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry disruptors
- Drive innovation culture through workshops, hackathons, and knowledge-sharing initiatives
- Monitor and report on competitive intelligence and emerging threats/opportunities
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, R&D leadership, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of launching market-disrupting products/services
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Advanced degree in Technology, Business, Futures Studies, or related field
- Deep understanding of AI, biotech, quantum computing, and Web3 ecosystems
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presence
- Certification in innovation management or futures studies preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating innovation strategy deliverables
