As a key architect of our innovation roadmap, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives and R&D teams to anticipate paradigm shifts in AI, biotech, and sustainable systems. You'll translate complex signals into actionable strategies while fostering a culture of experimental innovation.
Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends and technological disruptions to map 3-5 year innovation horizons
- Develop strategic frameworks for integrating emerging technologies into core business operations
- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate future-proof product and service concepts
- Produce scenario analyses and risk assessments for disruptive market shifts
- Partner with R&D to validate prototyping initiatives aligned with future trends
- Communicate foresight insights through executive briefings and stakeholder presentations
- Establish KPIs for innovation maturity and track progress against strategic milestones
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology roadmap development
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and technology impact assessment
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling and data visualization skills for complex concepts
- Experience leading innovation sprints with cross-disciplinary teams
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategic innovation
- Strong network with futurist communities and academic research institutions
