Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI, quantum computing, biotech, climate resilience) and develop strategic roadmaps for 2026 market readiness
- Lead scenario-planning workshops for C-suite executives on emerging disruptive technologies
- Design and publish annual 'Future Horizons' trend reports with predictive frameworks
- Partner with R&D teams to translate foresight into product innovation pipelines
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Develop KPIs to measure strategic foresight ROI and innovation adoption rates
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategy consulting, R&D leadership, or futures research with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and technology impact assessment
- Published thought leadership in futurism, innovation, or emerging technologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills for complex future scenarios
- Experience with foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, Horizon Scanning, STEEP analysis)
