Responsibilities

- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for client innovation roadmaps
- Lead cross-functional workshops with executive stakeholders to align on future-state visions
- Produce high-impact trend reports and predictive market intelligence
- Design and implement horizon scanning methodologies for early innovation detection
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-facing solutions
- Present strategic insights to C-level audiences and investor groups
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years experience in futurism, strategic planning, or innovation consulting
- Proven track record of delivering trend analysis to C-suite audiences
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and systems thinking
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills with executive audiences
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFIP) strongly preferred
