Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis across technology, socioeconomic, and geopolitical domains to identify disruptive opportunities for 2026
- Develop and publish annual innovation roadmaps with actionable strategies for R&D, product development, and market expansion
- Lead cross-functional workshops to embed future-thinking into organizational DNA and decision-making processes
- Partner with venture capital teams to evaluate and integrate emerging technologies through strategic investments
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote presentations on future trends and innovation methodologies
- Establish KPI frameworks to measure innovation maturity and track progress against 2026 strategic objectives
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurology, Innovation Management, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futures research within tech/industry
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, technology forecasting, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, Web3) and their societal impacts
- Exceptional storytelling skills with ability to translate complex futures into compelling narratives
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in high-growth environments
- Published thought leadership in industry journals or major media outlets
