Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends, technological shifts, and socio-economic indicators to forecast industry landscapes for 2026-2030
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks and innovation roadmaps aligned with long-term business objectives
- Lead cross-functional workshops to foster strategic foresight and drive organizational alignment
- Partner with R&D to identify emerging technologies with disruptive potential and prioritize investments
- Present actionable insights to executive stakeholders through compelling data visualizations and narratives
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry disruptors
- Author thought leadership publications on future-focused strategies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or trend analysis
- Proven track record of translating foresight into executable business strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and systems thinking methodologies
- Exceptional data synthesis and storytelling abilities with executive presentation experience
