- Develop and execute multi-year innovation roadmaps for 2026+ technological convergence

- Drive strategic partnerships with research institutions and Fortune 500 innovation labs
- Present visionary frameworks to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Mentor cross-functional teams in future-proofing methodologies and rapid prototyping
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote at global innovation forums
- Manage $5M+ innovation portfolio with measurable ROI on emerging technologies
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic innovation, R&D leadership, or futures research
- Proven track record of launching market-defining technologies from concept to scale
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, synthetic biology, AR/VR, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Exceptional data storytelling and scenario modeling capabilities
- Experience building innovation ecosystems within large organizations
- Published research or patents in emerging technologies
- Fluency in strategic foresight frameworks (e.g., Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
