Responsibilities
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts through 2026
- Develop innovation roadmaps aligned with long-term business objectives and market disruption forecasts
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to translate foresight insights into actionable product development plans
- Author forward-looking white papers and scenario-planning frameworks for executive decision-making
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and innovation ecosystems
- Monitor and analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their commercial implications
- Present strategic recommendations to stakeholders through compelling data visualizations and narrative storytelling
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or corporate R&D leadership
- Proven track record developing and implementing 5-10 year innovation roadmaps
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies and their societal/business impacts
- Exceptional scenario-planning and systems-thinking capabilities
- Experience presenting to C-suite executives and boards of directors
- Strong quantitative and qualitative research methodologies background
- Portfolio demonstrating successful trend-to-strategy translation projects
