Responsibilities
- Analyze global technological, social, and economic trends to forecast disruptive shifts affecting 2026+ markets
- Develop and execute innovation roadmaps spanning AI, biotech, quantum computing, and sustainable systems
- Lead cross-functional 'Future Labs' to prototype next-gen solutions and validate market viability
- Advise executive stakeholders on strategic pivots and R&D investments for long-term competitive advantage
- Build and nurture an ecosystem of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Translate complex foresight into compelling narratives that drive organizational alignment and investment
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or related field (PhD/Master's preferred)
- 7+ years in innovation strategy, R&D leadership, or futurist roles at tech-forward organizations
- Proven track record of launching successful ventures from concept to market
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI/ML, quantum, synthetic biology) and their societal implications
