Responsibilities

- Design and lead strategic innovation roadmaps for emerging technologies (quantum AI, neural interfaces, climate tech)
- Architect future-proof business models and ecosystem partnerships for exponential growth
- Lead cross-disciplinary teams of engineers, designers, and domain experts to prototype and scale innovations
- Present strategic foresight insights to C-suite executives and external stakeholders through compelling narratives
- Develop ethical frameworks for emerging technologies ensuring responsible deployment
- Establish KPIs for innovation success and track progress through advanced analytics dashboards
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Systems Engineering, or related field with 8+ years strategic innovation experience
- Proven track record of launching disruptive technologies or business models in Fortune 500 environments
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology) and their societal impacts
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario-planning capabilities with published foresight work
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through complex innovation lifecycles from concept to commercialization
- Strong executive communication skills with ability to articulate complex futures to diverse audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating successful strategic foresight projects with measurable outcomes
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., WFS, APF) preferred
