Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify emerging technologies and societal shifts impacting 2026+ landscapes
- Develop and present strategic scenarios and innovation roadmaps for C-suite executives in Fortune 500 companies
- Facilitate executive workshops on future-proofing organizations and exponential transformation strategies
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Produce high-impact foresight reports and visualizations that drive strategic decision-making
- Integrate AI-driven forecasting tools with human intuition to create robust future models
- Advain on organizational resilience and innovation culture development for rapid adaptation
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years of experience in corporate strategy, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
- Proven track record of developing and implementing strategic scenarios for 5+ year horizons
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology, etc.)
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience delivering executive-level foresight workshops
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy (articles, books, whitepapers)
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (horizon scanning, scenario planning, Delphi technique)
- Strong network connections with innovation ecosystems and technology thought leaders
