Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into innovation roadmaps
- Author thought leadership publications and whitepapers on future-of-work paradigms
- Design and manage strategic foresight initiatives using advanced data visualization tools
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype solutions for anticipated market needs
- Mentor junior strategists in futures thinking methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning, consulting, or innovation roles with future-focused outcomes
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, causal layered analysis)
- Strong data visualization skills (Tableau, Power BI) with ability to communicate complex concepts
