- Present actionable insights to executive stakeholders through compelling data visualizations and scenario narratives
- Build and maintain an external network of futurists, academics, and industry thought leaders

- Drive organizational adoption of agile innovation methodologies
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercialized products/services
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and technology roadmapping
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive presentation experience
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing)
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future-state initiatives launched within the past 5 years
