Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 innovation strategy roadmap using predictive analytics and horizon scanning
- Lead scenario-planning workshops for emerging technologies (quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, synthetic biology)
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype next-gen solutions in our Silicon Valley Innovation Lab
- Present strategic briefings to investors and board members on market-disruptive opportunities
- Author thought leadership publications on the future of work, climate tech, and human augmentation
- Manage a $5M innovation fund portfolio supporting early-stage ventures aligned with our 2026 vision
- Establish global partnerships with academic institutions and government innovation labs
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategy consulting, corporate innovation, or technology forecasting
- Proven track record of launching at least two market-disruptive products/services
- Expertise in exponential technology trends (AI, biotech, clean energy, space tech)
- Strong data visualization skills with proficiency in futures modeling tools (e.g., Delphi method, causal layered analysis)
- Experience presenting to C-suite executives and influencing strategic decisions
- Published author or keynote speaker on future-focused topics
