- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify emerging technologies and societal shifts impacting 2026+ landscapes
- Develop strategic roadmaps for innovation adoption, balancing risk and opportunity in high-growth sectors
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight insights into actionable product development plans
- Partner with C-suite executives to align innovation strategies with long-term business objectives
- Author forward-looking whitepapers and scenario-planning documents for stakeholder decision-making
- Monitor global innovation ecosystems and competitive landscapes to maintain strategic advantage
- Mentor teams in future-proof methodologies and adaptive thinking frameworks
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or technology foresight roles
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their societal implications
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Track record of developing and implementing successful innovation strategies in tech-forward organizations
- Certification in Foresight Methodologies or Innovation Management (e.g., CFM, CIPM) highly valued
