Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and societal trends to identify disruptive opportunities through 2026
- Develop strategic foresight scenarios and roadmaps for clients in finance, healthcare, and tech sectors
- Lead cross-functional innovation workshops to translate future insights into actionable business strategies
- Conduct horizon-scanning research and publish thought leadership on future-of-work paradigms
- Partner with C-suite executives to embed innovation methodologies into organizational DNA
- Design and implement strategic foresight frameworks using scenario planning and trend analysis
- Present future-focused insights to stakeholders through compelling narratives and visualizations
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years experience in strategy consulting, innovation, or futurism with Fortune 500 clients
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-ready business strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies and their socioeconomic implications
- Strong presentation skills with experience communicating to executive audiences
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFIP) or innovation management preferred
