Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 5-10 year strategic foresight frameworks using horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario planning
- Lead innovation workshops for Fortune 500 clients to identify disruptive opportunities in AI, biotech, and quantum computing
- Author high-impact white papers and thought leadership pieces on emerging tech adoption patterns
- Design and manage R&D pipelines for next-gen human-machine interfaces and sustainable tech ecosystems
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and government innovation labs
- Mentor junior futurists and build internal capability in strategic foresight methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of translating future trends into commercial opportunities
- Expertise in emerging technologies: generative AI, synthetic biology, spatial computing
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFIP, WFS) or equivalent experience
- Exceptional communication skills with executive audiences and public speaking ability
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or implemented innovation strategies
