Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain 2026 technology roadmaps across AI, quantum computing, and climate tech sectors
- Lead scenario-planning workshops to identify disruptive opportunities and threats
- Translate futuristic concepts into actionable product roadmaps with measurable KPIs
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype next-gen solutions (e.g., neural interfaces, carbon capture)
- Present strategic insights to investors and board members using data-driven storytelling
- Build and lead an innovation incubator program for emerging technologies
- Monitor global tech trends and regulatory shifts impacting 2026+ landscapes
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting or corporate innovation with tech focus
- Proven track record in launching products/services targeting 2025+ markets
- Expertise in exponential technologies (AI, biotech, clean energy)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Strong quantitative modeling and scenario-planning skills
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in agile environments
- Published thought leadership on future tech trends (e.g., IEEE, MIT Sloan)
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (Horizon Scanning, Delphi Analysis)
