Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026+ strategic foresight frameworks using scenario planning and horizon scanning
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype future-facing solutions in AI, biotech, and quantum computing
- Produce high-impact trend reports and innovation roadmaps for executive stakeholders
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and innovation hubs
- Drive organizational culture transformation toward future-readiness
- Mentor junior futurists and build internal foresight capabilities
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Minimum 7 years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven expertise in emerging technology assessment (AI/ML, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional facilitation skills for executive workshops and stakeholder alignment
- Published thought leadership on future trends (white papers, books, keynotes)
- Experience with futures research methodologies (Delphi, STEEP, causal layered analysis)
- Portfolio demonstrating tangible impact from strategic foresight initiatives
