- Lead scenario-planning workshops for C-suite executives on future business landscapes
- Develop proprietary foresight frameworks to anticipate societal and technological shifts
- Partner with R&D teams to translate futuristic concepts into commercial prototypes
- Present strategic foresight insights to investors and board members
- Mentor innovation teams in future-thinking methodologies
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futurology, Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or equivalent
- 7+ years in strategy consulting, corporate innovation, or futures research
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-oriented business strategies
- Expertise in emerging technologies and their disruptive potential
- Exceptional storytelling and visualization skills for complex future scenarios
- Certification in strategic foresight methodologies (e.g., from WFS or APF)
- Portfolio of published future trend analyses or innovation frameworks
- Experience scaling innovation initiatives in Fortune 500 environments
