Responsibilities

- Author trend reports and white papers published in industry-leading publications
- Advolve in patent strategy development for next-gen technologies
- Build and maintain an expert network of futurists, technologists, and academic researchers
- Represent Horizon Dynamics at global innovation summits and policy forums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of developing future scenarios that drove enterprise value creation
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (e.g., quantum machine learning, neurotech)
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with ability to translate complex concepts for executive audiences
- Certification in strategic foresight methodologies (e.g., CFIP, Horizon Scanning)
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy
- Experience advising Fortune 500 clients on long-term technology adoption curves
