- Lead scenario planning workshops to prepare organizations for future uncertainties and opportunities
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype breakthrough solutions addressing 2030 challenges
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and board members through compelling narratives
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Champion a future-ready culture by embedding foresight methodologies across departments
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused technology roles
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and technology impact assessment
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, Web3, AR/VR, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to distill complex futures into actionable strategies
- Track record of implementing future-oriented initiatives with measurable ROI
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field preferred
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFIP) or innovation methodologies (e.g., Design Thinking) required
