- Identify and analyze emerging technological, social, and economic trends through horizon scanning and data modeling
- Develop strategic roadmaps for 2026+ innovation initiatives aligned with business objectives
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate futuristic concepts into actionable business plans
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype and validate next-generation solutions
- Present foresight insights to executive stakeholders and board members
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Author thought leadership content on future scenarios and innovation methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, futurism, or technology consulting
- Proven track record of developing future-focused roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing)
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience addressing C-suite audiences
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or implemented innovation strategies
