Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI, biotech, climate, geopolitics) and their strategic implications for 2026+
- Develop horizon-scanning frameworks to identify emerging technologies and market disruptions
- Design scenario-planning models for organizational resilience and adaptation
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-ready solutions
- Present strategic foresight to executive stakeholders and board members
- Author thought leadership publications on future-shaping forces
- Partner with R&D to translate foresight into actionable R&D roadmaps
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or equivalent experience
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling skills to communicate complex futures compellingly
- Experience advising C-suite executives on long-term strategic pivots
- Portfolio of published foresight work or scenario-planning projects
