- Lead horizon scanning for emerging trends in AI, quantum computing, and sustainable tech
- Design cross-functional innovation frameworks for rapid prototyping and commercialization
- Develop strategic foresight models for market disruption scenarios
- Chair Future Councils with external stakeholders to co-create industry blueprints
- Translate complex future scenarios into executable business strategies
- Drive cultural transformation to embed innovation DNA across all departments
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation or futurism with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proven track record of commercializing future-focused initiatives
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and disruptive technology forecasting
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field
- Certification in Foresight methodologies (e.g., CFS, WFS)
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy
- Deep network of relationships with global innovation ecosystems
- Exceptional ability to translate complex concepts into executive narratives
